The Opportunity
We are working with a leading Energy, Infrastructure & Natural Resources team seeking an ambitious Energy Lawyer to join its growing Dublin practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to specialise in the energy and infrastructure sector and gain exposure to some of the most significant energy and infrastructure projects in Ireland and across the wider market.
The team advises on the full lifecycle of energy and infrastructure projects, from development and investment through to financing and joint ventures. You will work alongside highly experienced sector specialists on complex and high-profile transactions across the energy transition and wider infrastructure landscape.

The Role
You will work on a broad mix of advisory and transactional matters across the energy and infrastructure sector, including:
Advising on the development, investment and financing of major energy and infrastructure projects
Supporting transactions across offshore and onshore wind, solar, battery storage, hydrogen and energy transition projects
Advising financial institutions, sponsors, utilities, infrastructure funds and developers
Working on project financing and commercial arrangements relating to large infrastructure assets
Assisting with joint ventures, investments and strategic project development matters
Supporting clients through regulatory developments and evolving market opportunities
The Person
1-4 years' PQE in a large or mid-sized corporate law firm
Experience in energy, projects, construction or finance transactions would be advantageous
Strong interest in specialising in the energy and infrastructure sector
Commercial mindset with strong communication and analytical skills
Collaborative and motivated to develop sector expertise
