Purpose of the RoleThe Operations Executive will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational performance across the organisation. This position has been created in response to ever evolving departmental demands and the need for a sustainable and structured approach to service continuity. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery and operational oversight across the Irish Citylink operation, contributing directly to the smooth execution of day-to-day activities.Key Deliverables & ResponsibilitiesMonitor and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure compliance with contractual and operational standards.Maintain accurate documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.Record and report all operational incidents, faults, and disruptions in real time.Conduct root cause analysis of performance issues and recommend preventative measures.Promote and reinforce a strong customer service culture across the team and wider organisation.Support strategic initiatives including digital transformation projects such as website development.Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.Monitor live service delivery and intervene as necessary to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.Work collaboratively and consult with other departments.Undertake training in line with own personal development needs and business requirements.This position requires shift work - 5/7 days, including weekends and bank holidays.Core CompetenciesAn unambiguous commitment to customer serviceA laser-like focus on service performanceDemonstrable agility, flexibility and open to changeStrong analytical skills – able to interpret data logically and respond to emerging situationsExceptional communication skillsStrong time management and IT SkillsEffective problem-solving abilitiesApplication ProcessThe closing date for applications is 5pm on Friday 19th December.
