Job Description This is a permanent full-time position, offering 35 hours per week.
The position is based in the H M Dundalk store in the Marshes Shopping Center, Dundalk.
WHAT YOU'LL DO As a H M Sales Advisor Team Leader, you will be coaching your team to provide an exceptional shopping experience as well as supporting the management team, leading your store to success.
Some of your responsibilities will include: Representing the H M Brand positively and engaging with our customers to provide an excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
Supporting with commercial actions together with your team, to reach store goals and sales targets.
Keep informed about the latest fashion trends, brands, competitors, using your knowledge to inspire and guide our customers.
Providing and receiving feedback to support yourself and your colleagues to learn and develop.
Securing operational and visual excellence through guiding and coaching your colleagues.
