A fantastic opportunity to join the team at Mount Wolseley Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort as Kitchen Assistant.
Overview
Mount Wolseley Hotel in Carlow is beautifully situated in the tranquil countryside of County Carlow. The Mount Wolseley Luxury 4* Golf & Spa Resort Hotel offers an exquisite location for both business and pleasure. It features an 18-Hole Championship Golf Course, a Sanctuary Spa, and Leisure Club Facilities including a 20m indoor pool. The hotel provides luxury accommodation with an elegant, chic interior and ultra-modern amenities and impeccable service.
Responsibilities
* Washing, peeling and preparing food ingredients
* Using equipment such as mixers, special knives and cutters
* Reviewing kitchen inventory and determining what items are needed
* Unloading fresh supplies and organising the stockroom
* Checking sell-by dates and rotating food stock
* Cleaning kitchen appliances, ovens, dishes and pans
* Observing cooking times and correct temperatures

About The Role
Ability to work shifts. Weekends required. Ability to work and be available 5 out of 7 days per week.
