About This Role



As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results. We're looking for someone who is passionate about building a culture of working back from the customer, developing a high-performing crew, and driving a consistent business.




Key Responsibilities




* Build a Culture of Working Back from the Customer:

* Lead a growth-oriented sales culture to achieve store business performance results.

* Evaluate and address any challenges or barriers that are impacting sales performance.

* Maintain a focus on customer satisfaction and ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.





Develop a High-Performing Crew




* Hire and Engage Talent:

* Select and hire talented employees who have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.

* Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to help employees grow and improve in their roles.

* Foster an inclusive and diverse work environment where everyone feels valued and respected.





Drive a Consistent Business




* Analyze Business Results:

* Review daily, weekly, and monthly business results to identify trends and areas for improvement.

* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, reduce shrinkage, and improve profitability.

* Manage payroll budgets and crew schedules to balance financial responsibility with customer expectations and crew availability.

Qualifications


* Education: High School Graduate or equivalent.

* Experience: Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred.

* Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to multi-task, creative thinking, and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
