Property and Probate Solicitor
We are seeking a highly skilled Qualified Solicitor to join our legal practice in Newry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a range of property transactions from inception to completion, including sales, purchases, leases, and transfers. This will involve drafting and submitting grant of probate applications, advising executors and beneficiaries on their legal rights and responsibilities, and conducting straightforward litigation matters primarily relating to property disputes, probate disputes, and debt recovery.
In addition to these tasks, the Solicitor will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of client care and compliance with Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) rules, as well as keeping accurate and timely records of all work and billing.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have 2-3 years post-qualification experience in conveyancing, probate, and litigation, as well as excellent communication and client management skills with an ability to build rapport and trust. You will also need to have a high level of attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
