We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll and HR Administration Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll and provide comprehensive HR support. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, this role involves payroll processing, HR data management, recruitment administration, onboarding/offboarding, benefits coordination, and HR reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage full monthly payroll cycle and statutory reporting.
* Maintain HRIS (Workday) records and ensure data accuracy.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
* Coordinate employee benefits, training, and HR compliance.
* Partner with Finance and HR teams on audits, reporting, and projects.
Requirements:
* Proven payroll management experience.
* Strong HR administration and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS (Workday preferred).
* Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
