Key Responsibilities:
* Talent Acquisition: Partner with People Managers & Leaders to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
* Employee Relations: Act as primary point of contact for employees and people managers/leaders to address HR-related inquiries and resolve issues.
* Performance Management: Guide and support people managers/leaders in conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
* Training and Development: Work with Regional HR Manager & L&D Manager to identify training needs and coordinate delivery of relevant training programs.
