The initial project will involve new residential developments in Kildare, commencing immediately.Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage day‑to‑day site operations from commencement through to completionSet out works from engineers’ and architects’ drawingsRead and interpret drawings, specifications and construction detailsCoordinate subcontractors and site personnel to ensure efficient project deliveryPlan works effectively to ensure programme targets and deadlines are achievedLiaise with client representatives, consultants and design team members as requiredEnsure all works are completed to the highest Health & Safety standardsMaintain high‑quality workmanship throughout all stages of constructionManage material ordering, deliveries and on‑site stock controlMaintain accurate site records including site diaries, delivery records and QA documentationAssist with project planning, cost control and site reportingSkills and ExperienceEngineering Degree/ DiplomaMinimum 8+ years’ experience as Site Manager for a Main Contractor on construction sites in IrelandProven experience delivering on Residential projects, including apartment developmentsStrong interpersonal skills, written and oral communicationSelf‑motivated when delivering on safety, quality and programmeFull Driving LicenseAbility to commute to or relocate within the Kildare areaWhat We OfferCompany vehicleFree or subsidised travelLaptop and phone provided
