At Catch Of The Day we are proud to be serving our fresh local produce to the people of Cork, we cook everything fresh to order and have two other locations in Kinsale and Carrigaline.
We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Sous Chef for our establishment on Bandon Road in Cork City.
This role would suit an experienced Sous Chef or a Senior CDP looking to make the jump to Sous, looking for someone with at least 3+ years experience in a busy kitchen, this position will require the candidate to be able to hit the ground running.
Candidate needs to be able to work in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure while still maintaining a high standard at all times.
Main duties to include leading the kitchen team, running the pass, managing high volumes of food orders, while maintaining a high standard at all times, cooking fresh food to order, working within HACCP guidelines.
To run the pass you would need to be able to oversea the different kitchen sections and lead the team to bring the orders together in a timely manner under pressure.
This role is full time for experieced candidates with leadership qualities who can maintain a high standard under pressure.
