A leading sporting organisation in Dublin is seeking a Facilities Executive to ensure the smooth and efficient running of their office environments, supporting staff, athletes, and visitors with a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming atmosphere.What you'll do:Be the main contact for staff and players on office facilities across multiple locationsCoordinate maintenance activities with contractors to ensure cost-effective servicesMonitor building systems and conduct inspections to identify hazards or improvementsSupport health and safety compliance through record-keeping, drills, and auditsManage car fleet operations, including insurance policies and lease provider relationshipsAssist with office planning, meeting room setups, event logistics, and IT coordinationWhat you bring:Previous experience in a similar facilities management roleStrong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and compliance processesExcellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skillsAbility to identify and resolve facility issues quickly and effectivelyEnergetic attitude with flexibility to handle tasks outside regular hoursQualifications in Facilities Management or Health & Safety is desirableThis organisation is committed to excellence, creating inclusive and supportive environments for employees and athletes.
