The Role Our client are seeking a Construction Planner / Scheduler to join our growing operations team. This newly restructured role plays a pivotal part in coordinating residential insulation projects across 15 service trucks daily. You will manage the scheduling of work post-quotation and ensure smooth delivery from confirmation through to completion. This is a hands-on planning role requiring high levels of organisation, responsiveness, and customer communication. Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule daily project activities across 15 service trucks Coordinate with sales reps, post-confirmation to arrange work execution Liaise with customers, operations, and drivers to manage logistics Monitor project timelines, reschedule as needed, and react to on-site changes Ensure compliance with insurance and health & safety protocols Conduct occasional site visits Input into operational performance but no direct line management Experience & Skills: 35 years experience in planning/scheduling roles Background in customer-facing, service-based industries (e.g., utilities, construction, field services Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Able to react quickly and juggle changing priorities Comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders Experience with logistics, resource planning, or scheduling software is an advantage Full clean driving license preferred Positive Work Environment: Family-run business Supportive, tight-knit team Long tenure among staff Clear pathways for growth and progression Whats on Offer Competitive Salary: Starting from €50K, flexible depending on experience Job Stability: Permanent, full-time role with long-term growth opportunities Defined Working Hours: MondayFriday, 8am5pm (early finish on Fridays) Pension Scheme: Standard enrolment after 1 year (early access possible) Company Vehicle Access: Communal van for occasional site visits Supportive Work Culture: Family-run environment with low staff turnover Career Growth: Business is expanding, with clear paths for development.
