Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Solutions Architect to lead our team in delivering cutting-edge end-user computing services.
This role requires a strong technical leader who can design, implement and manage scalable desktop and application deployment strategies using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot and SCCM.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as experience with ITIL-based service management and documentation practices.

About the Role
As a Senior Technical Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for:
* Leading the desktop and end-user computing function, ensuring reliable, secure and efficient IT services.
* Acting as a senior technical resource across infrastructure, cloud, networking and cybersecurity domains.
* Designing and implementing scalable desktop and application deployment strategies using Microsoft technologies.
* Managing endpoint security, compliance and patching across all devices.
* Providing Tier 3 support for complex technical issues and acting as an escalation point for the ICT support team.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of an NFQ level 7 qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
* A minimum 5 years satisfactory experience in a senior technical IT role, with demonstrable experience across desktop, infrastructure and cloud services.
* 2 years demonstrable experience managing ICT projects and delivering technical solutions in a structured environment.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and enterprise IT environments.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience with ITIL-based service management and documentation practices.
