I am pleased to be partnering exclusively with a long-standing client who is seeking a proactive Financial Accounts Assistant to join their Finance team based in Swords, Dublin for a initial period of 6 months.This is a key position within a fast-paced and internationally focused organisation, supporting month-end close, audits, and core financial operations across multiple Irish entities.This is an urgent requirement, with on-site working expected initially.We are supporting a leading global organisation's based in Dublin, recruiting a Financial Accountant.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing and managing the weekly cash forecastSupporting the month-end close process, including variance analysis and commentary against budget/forecastConducting financial analyses both independently and for senior managementLiaising with Operations and Finance teams to ensure timely sharing of informationPreparing gross margin analysis reports for two sitesPreparing monthly revenue analysis reports for four sitesManaging daily Treasury postings and ensuring accurate reconciliationManaging the Treasury Loans report for EuropeEnsuring all intercompany balances reconcile for month-endOverseeing weekly billing uploads to SAP from CIS and StratumProducing monthly reconciliations for the main trading entity and Treasury, plus quarterly reconciliations for non-trading entitiesSupporting the annual Group and Statutory AuditPreparing and posting journal entriesHandling ad hoc finance duties as requiredAbout YouExperience:Minimum 2 years' experience in a finance or operationally focused credit control roleExcellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levelsDesirable:Experience using SAP or OracleStrong Excel proficiencySkills:Ability to work both independently and as part of a teamStrong organisational skills with the capacity to prioritise effectivelyConfident communicator, comfortable working with colleagues across different regionsFlexible, adaptable, and keen to learnGood proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelWhat's on OfferA market-competitive salary package within a supportive and collaborative working environment.Opportunities for professional development within an organisation that continues to grow and innovate across the global logistics and supply chain sector.EA First Ltd are acting as an Employment Agency for thisfixed term contract vacancy.
