Production Supervisor Opportunity
A rapidly expanding enterprise is seeking a highly skilled and organised leader to oversee the smooth operation of their Embroidery & Print department.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the effective operation of embroidery and print machinery, ensuring consistent high-quality outputs
* Co-ordinate garment packing, order preparation, and dispatch processes
* Prioritise and manage production schedules to ensure timely and efficient workflow
* Develop accurate quotations and costings for embroidery and print projects
* Foster close collaboration with sales and warehouse teams for seamless operations
* Lead and develop production staff to maintain a high-performing team
About You:
* Experience in embroidery/print production would be advantageous
* Proven track record in personnel management
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities
* Effective communicator with excellent leadership skills
* High attention to detail
* Proactive problem solver
