Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage business relationships with existing and new customers.
* Drive sales growth through focused market segmentation and targeting.
* Provide expert advice on our product portfolio.
* Meet individual and team sales targets.
* Identify opportunities and generate or follow up on sales leads.
* Attend industry events and training sessions to stay updated.
* Compile and provide reports, territory analysis and CRM data to management.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
* Third-level qualification: degree or equivalent is advantageous.
* Proven sales track record and experience working with CRM packages.
* Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment.
* Ability to multitask and deliver projects to a high standard.
* Identify customer needs and maximise sales opportunities.
* Confidence in discussing the benefits and features of our products.
* Good communication, organisational and administration skills.
* Flexible and proactive attitude.
