Account Manager, Nordics
Based in Meta’s EMEA HQ in Dublin, the role focuses on driving revenue and year‑on‑year growth, adopting products and practices, and identifying growth opportunities across a portfolio of direct customers.
Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of clients, driving revenue and growth
* Drive product adoption and best‑practice implementation across the portfolio
* Build mutually beneficial relationships with advertisers to grow spend and product adoption
* Identify growth opportunities and trends across the portfolio
* Effectively manage priorities and time to meet deadlines and administrative tasks
Minimum Qualifications
* 1–4 years of experience in customer sales, success management, account management, or consulting
* Strong customer management skills
* Critical thinking and analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time, even under high‑pressure situations
* Capacity to articulate complex data stories in simple language to customers via day‑to‑day communications and regular presentations
* Team‑working skills and openness to adapt to a fast‑paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact
* Fluency in English and a Nordic language
* Market knowledge and work experience in the Nordics markets
