Well, this is the role for you.H&F Electrical Contractors Ltd are seeking a skilled Chargehand to support day-to-day site operations in Limerick. You'll lead a team of electricians, carry out electrical installations, and ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.ResponsibilitiesLeading and supervising a team of electricians on site.Supporting health & safety compliance in conjunction with the EHS Officer-including SPA's, records, and site safety requirements.Carrying out and overseeing electrical installations to ensure they are delivered to drawings, specifications, and regulations.Coordinating with subcontractors to ensure progress, quality, and integration with the programme.Monitoring productivity of your team to maintain output and standards.Reporting daily progress to the Foreman or Project Manager.Managing materials and site deliveries to maintain momentum.Driving quality-snagging, resolving issues, and closing out to ISO 9001:2015 standards.Liaising with clients to resolve queries quickly and effectively.Supporting testing, verification, and certification before handover.Minimum RequirementsElectrical Craft Certificate (trade qualification).5+ years' experience on healthcare and industrial projectsProven experience leading a team of electricians on live construction sites.Strong track record carrying out and overseeing electrical installations.Experience working alongside subcontractors to achieve programme and quality targets.Strong knowledge of drawings, specifications, and project delivery requirements.Valid Safe Pass & Manual Handling.Full, clean driving licence.Detail-driven, with a strong focus on safety, progress, and quality.What's On OfferAt H&F, we don't just build projects, we build careers.
