Due to continuous expansion we are now seeking a Client Co Ordinator in our Tullamore office, Co. Offaly.
Requirements:
* One Touch Experience (desirable)
* Office Administration
* Flexibility to work occasional weekends as part of a supportive team schedule.
A Client Care Coordinator ensures clients receive high-quality care by coordinating services, managing schedules, and communicating effectively with clients, care teams, and healthcare professionals. They also maintain accurate records, handle inquiries, and may assist with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling and Coordination: Managing client care schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage, and adjusting schedules as needed.
* Communication: Acting as a liaison between Clients, their families, Care team members, and healthcare professionals.
* Client Support: Addressing Client inquiries, concerns, and requests, and providing support and guidance.
* Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date Client records, documentation, and care plans.
* Quality Assurance: Monitoring Client care delivery and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
* Administrative Tasks: Assisting with data entry, filing, report generation, and other administrative duties as required.
Skills and Experience:
* Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals, both verbally and in writing.
* Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and maintain accurate records.
* Problem-Solving: Ability to assess situations, identify problems, and implement effective solutions.
* Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
* Healthcare Experience: Prior experience in a healthcare setting or working with individuals in need of care is often preferred.
