Data Management Lead

We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Order To Cash team as a Data Management Lead to develop a long-term roadmap and implementation plan for the deployment of SAP master data management activities within our organization and its associated affiliates. This role will oversee data requirements and governance related to our business operations across Order to Cash.
The successful candidate will have relevant experience in data management roles in the life sciences and/or healthcare industry. Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts, large-scale SAP Implementations, solid understanding of data governance, knowledge of data management principles, methodologies and tools are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Data Quality Management: Ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency, and uniqueness of master data through effective data quality rules and dashboards.
* Establishing clear data standards and policies to govern master data creation, update, and management.
* Defining Roles and Responsibilities: Identifying who is responsible for creating and approving master data records, ensuring compliance with data policies, auditing data accuracy and updates.
* Building Data Lineage: Developing a clear view of the origin, transformation, movement, and consumption of data across our organization to ensure data quality, trust, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong negotiation skills, good organization and time management skills, including working knowledge of basic project management tools and techniques.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Relevant experience in data management roles in the life sciences and/or healthcare industry
