Job SummaryLock Doctor are pleased to announce that we have a new and fantastic opportunity for the right individual.Long established and leading locksmiths now seek to hire a Stock Controller in Limerick.Responsibilities and DutiesStock ControlDatabase maintenanceLiaise with all parties involved on arrival/departure of stockReceive and monitor all inbound/outbound deliveries, bookings and salesIssuing documentation and arranging customer trackingDeal with day to day enquiriesMaintain files and adhere to quality and security systemsChase, receive, ship and monitor all customer ordersEnsure documentation and orders are boxed and filed appropriatelyResolve customer and admin queries in a timely mannerGeneral office and stock room/warehouse dutiesQualifications and SkillsStrong customer focusAbility to multi-task and work in a teamExcellent standard of verbal and written EnglishExcellent telephone mannerStrong IT skills in MS Office products with experience using databases and maintaining website for stock images and pricing (uploading new images etc)Previous experience of working in a stock controlled environmentJob Type: Full-timePay: From €30,000.00 per yearEducation:Leaving Certificate (preferred)Experience:Stock Control: 3 years (required)Work Location: In person
