Senior Design Lead
We are seeking a seasoned senior design lead to drive our in-house design team with expertise in timber frame and roof structure manufacturing.
This leadership role demands strong management and coordination skills, the ability to thrive under pressure, and close collaboration with production, estimating, and site teams to deliver efficient and high-quality design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee design programmes in line with client agreements and industry standards.
* Direct technical aspects of projects and support tender processes through strategic partnerships.
* Cultivate strong relationships with production teams to ensure seamless manufacturing requirements.
* Mentor and develop a team of designers, fostering growth and excellence.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and site teams to deliver outstanding projects that meet expectations.
Requirements:
* Minimum 7 Years Experience in a Senior Design Role in Timber Frame, Modular Design, or Residential Sectors.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office tools.
* Exceptional technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* A self-motivated individual with enthusiasm and a results-driven approach.
