My client based in Dublin City Centre is currently on the lookout for a Change Business Analyst to join their team. This is a daily rate contract for 10 months.
Hybrid: 3 days per week onsite
Responsibilities
* Assess business and technical readiness before a change is implemented
* Maintain readiness checklists, playbooks. Track and report readiness status
* Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all dependencies are in place
* Coordinate with stakeholders from different businesses to plan and execute partner testing for the change
* Coordinate with stakeholders from different businesses to design and execute end to end functional testing for the change
* Support cutover planning, dry runs, hyper care
* Support the documentation of standard operating procedures, escalation paths, process maps and COB plans
* Log and track defects, ensure timely resolution. Ensure issues are escalated quickly
* Participate in test environment data setup, provide test results. Evidence and traceability to requirements
* Contribute to lessons learned for continuous improvements, Ensure change control is executed throughout project
Qualifications
* 5-8 years relevant experience
* Prior industry experience in Custody or digital assets preferred
* Analytical mindset, Time management, Attention to detail and Adaptability
* Communication skills – Oral & Written
* Experience in design and executing testing plans, including partner testing
* Test management tools – Jira, confluence
* Process mapping and Readiness tools – Visio, Microsoft Suite
* Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
