Building Safety Officer (Ref 2026-12)
Location: 2 Adelaide Street, Belfast, BT2 8 PB
To assist the Building Safety Manager in ensuring the NIHE's Higher Risk Residential Buildings (HRRB's), within the scope of legislation, are compliantly managed and maintained safely and evidenced through the creation and continued management of building safety cases.
The current salary for this post is £37,280 - £42,839 per annum.
We also have an excellent pension scheme with an employer contribution of 19%.
