Project Coordinator Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of project management, including strict management of health, safety, environment and quality (HSEQ) procedures and day-to-day management of the project.
Job Description:
The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality. Key responsibilities include:
1. Assisting the Project Manager with the planning and coordination of projects
2. Coordinating the activities of site personnel and subcontractors
3. Ensuring compliance with HSEQ requirements for every site operation
4. Managing resources effectively to achieve project objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
1. Excellent knowledge of HSEQ requirements
2. Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to interpret site information
3. Good knowledge of civil engineering and utilities operations
4. Ability to communicate effectively with peers both written and verbal
5. Willingness to work independently or as part of a team
