An opportunity has arisen with our client for a confident, experienced, and forward-thinking Architect with significant build and technical experience to contribute to a multi-disciplinary major projects design team. Responsibilities
8-10+ years’ experience with strong technical and building expertise across commercial, residential, and hospitality projects
Proficient in Revit, with experience delivering large-scale projects
Skilled in SketchUp and supporting graphic software (advantageous)
Strong collaborator with the ability to work effectively in team environments
Highly organised, with the ability to plan, meet deadlines, and see tasks through to completion
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Professional, conscientious communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Driven to achieve best-in-class design, construction, and project delivery
Proactive in pursuing professional development opportunities
Systematic thinker with the ability to interpret and manage complex information
Required Skills
Proficient in Revit
Strong technical and building experience in commercial, residential and hospitality sectors
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
Conscientious and respectful in communications
Preferred Skills
Proficient user of SketchUp and other support graphic packages
Track record in delivering projects of scale
