Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Manager

About the Role:
The Mechanical Maintenance Manager will support the operations team in the service and delivery of maintenance and improvement contracts for the relevant area. The role involves overseeing and supporting the management of sub-contractors, direct labour, stores, and supply chain partners. A key component of the job is the management and coordination of self-delivered MTC works.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the management of KPIs for contracts set by clients.
* Attend huddles and utilize dashboards to assist in contract delivery.
* Drive H&S compliance in all work practices through regular site visits and inspections.
* Monitor and deliver required H&S review targets internally and externally.
* Assist the team (inclusive of supply chain) to fully comply with all work processes using IT systems and PDAs to manage high volumes of work and ensure strong compliance across all workstreams.
* Oversee the work with the supply chain/CFM teams, advising and coaching staff to ensure CFM operates as efficiently as possible with each contractor/trade maximizing productivity.
* Assist with performance management of supply chain, ensuring supply chain delivery mirrors CFMs, including compliance, quality, certification, and adherence to agreed schedules.
Requirements:
* Experienced in facilities management industry.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Valid UK driver's license.
