We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, caring environment that meets the individual needs of the children in your care.




About The Role

Your primary responsibility will be to provide direct support to young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs. This will involve:



1. Cultivating genuine relationships with the young people in your care, always interacting with them and their families with dignity and respect;

2. Contribute to maintaining a welcoming, safe, caring, stable and therapeutic environment for all residents;

3. Safeguarding vulnerable individuals by reporting any concerns according to policy and procedures,

4. Ideal candidate can work as part of positive modelling on daily household activities such as cooking cleaning etc.,;
