About the RoleAs the L&D Lead, you will take the reins on all learning, training, and people development activities across the site. Reporting to the Head of HR & Training, you’ll partner with department heads, lead the L&D team, and ensure every employee is equipped to succeed — from induction to career development.Learning & DevelopmentAct as the go-to expert for learning and development on-siteConduct needs assessments and design innovative, business-aligned L&D programsEvaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvementManage the Yearly Development Review (YDR) processOwn the Excellence Through People accreditationSupport apprenticeship and educational assistance programsLead career pathing and development planning across the businessTraining Compliance & StrategyOversee induction programs and ensure compliance with mandatory trainingFoster strong relationships with internal and external training partnersMaintain accurate training records and support corporate training initiativesLeadership & ManagementLead and develop the L&D teamShape and deliver HR strategies related to learning and people developmentOwn and manage the site L&D budgetChampion best practices and lean learning technologiesWe’re looking for a confident, strategic thinker with:A degree in HR, L&D, or related field5+ years’ experience in HR/L&D, ideally within pharma or a regulated industryProven leadership and stakeholder management skillsExperience in driving talent management, career pathways, and leadership developmentStrong communication, planning, and multitasking abilitiesA passion for innovation, change, and building a culture of learningServier is a unique global pharmaceutical group driven by a not-for-profit model.
