Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen.
* Take direction from department managers and assist in the monitoring of food quality and hygiene standards.
* Support your fellow kitchen staff in observing appropriate systems of hygiene during food preparation and storage.
Requirements:
* Prior experience working within hotels or in a similar role.
* A genuine interest in food and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes.
* Mature and pleasant manner when dealing with customers and team members.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.
