We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team in Dublin on an ongoing temporary basis. If you're a coffee enthusiast and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and serve all types of coffee, tea, and other beverages to customers.
2. Keep the coffee station and café area clean and organised.
3. Deliver exceptional customer service, guaranteeing a positive experience for every guest.
4. Assist with stock management, including inventory checks and replenishment.
Requirements:
5. Previous experience as a Barista in a busy café or catering environment is desirable.
6. Up-to-date HACCP and Manual Handling certificates (Excel Recruitment can provide full training).
7. Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing techniques and latte art.
8. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
9. Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
