Staycity Group is seeking an experienced Process Manager (Acquisitions & Development) to manage and optimise operational processes and project coordination within our International Development & Acquisitions Team. This key process management role will support the General Counsel and Chief Development Officer in ensuring streamlined workflow, accurate tracking, robust reporting, and effective legal oversight across all new hotel feasibility, acquisition, and construction projects. The role will drive process improvement initiatives and support the alignment of departmental activities with broader strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities
* Report to General Counsel and own the Development & Acquisitions department's operational processes, tracking, and documentation procedures
* Assist in operational implementation of the growth strategy, supporting the CDO, General Counsel, and Development Directors
* Co-chair and coordinate weekly Development meetings with analyst support, ensuring clear action tracking and accountability.
* Oversee analysts in communicating pipeline and development updates clearly to internal stakeholders, including the CEO, Design, Projects, and Technical teams.
* Organise quarterly development meetings for the wider team, ensuring clear agendas, structured follow-ups, and action tracking.
* Track and monitor the evolution of design guides and standards from both cost and delivery perspectives, maintaining clear documentation.
* Collaborate with General Counsel and Development Directors to create, refine, and maintain department templates, reporting tools, and documentation, ensuring accountability.
* Support General Counsel in managing and processing Agreement for Lease and Lease legal documentation, maintaining detailed records and trackers.
* Lead the creation and continuous updating of an asset management legal tracker, capturing key information and dates relating to each SCG asset.
* Refine and optimise departmental processes, incorporating innovations such as AI-based feasibility tools, enhanced reporting, and pipeline tracking.
* Manage the department's conference budget & attendance.
Qualifications
* Degree in management, real estate, design, architecture, or construction-related disciplines.
* Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are advantageous.
Experience
* Experience (10+ years) in process management, project coordination, operational excellence, real estate, or hospitality development roles within high-growth or complex organisations.
* Experience managing and optimising processes, supporting senior stakeholders, and aligning departmental outputs with broader business strategy.
* At least 3-5 years in a leadership or strategic support capacity within a development, legal, operations, or PM setting.

* Extensive understanding of project and operational processes across development lifecycles
* Proven record in optimising processes, improving reporting structures, and implementing tools and frameworks
* Skilled in legal documentation management, coordination, and compliance
* Strategic, agile, and solutions-focused with robust process management experience
* Excellent communicator with experience engaging senior executives and effectively managing teams
* Calm under pressure, highly organised, and continuously improvement-driven
