Quantity Surveyor - Mechanical Contractor
* Work closely with project teams to ensure measurement, variations and contractual matters are properly recorded and notified.
* Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, inspect workmanship, identify potential issues and report back to the management team.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical Engineering and relevant experience of quantity surveying/maintenance engineering. They must also have strong commercial acumen including estimating costs for new projects and managing budgets throughout their lifecycle.
