The Dropping Well, located at Classon's Bridge, Milltown Road, Dublin 6, is looking for an assistant Manager. The responsibilities include bar and floor operations, supervising staff, event planning, rostering, supporting general manager in day to day activities, ensure smooth and efficient service during busy shifts, maintain high, award winning standards and mentor and train junior staff members.
This role will involve 40-45 hours per week, with a salary of €55,000 - €60,000 per year.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in a similar role.
