* Support the launch of our first European manufacturing facility in Athenry
* Utilize established and proven engineering principles in the implementation, characterization, enhancement, and qualification/validation of manufacturing processes for replicate equipment used in the scale-up of new or existing products
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the improvement, optimization, and implementation of manufacturing process/assembly steps and operating procedures for replicate equipment and processes within a regulated quality framework
* Lead or support equipment/process qualifications including protocol development and execution
* Develop and maintain project timelines and provide updates and feedback to project leadership
What Makes You Successful:
* A B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or equivalent with 8+ years related experience, preferred or an Master's degree and 5+years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 2+ years of experience
* Ability to run self-directed projects, maintain timelines, stay organized, and balance multiple activities in a fast-paced environment
