Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Reception Supervisor to join our Front Office Team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supervising a team of staff.
Main Responsibilities
* Welcome and check in guests in a friendly and efficient manner
* Check out departing guests and ensure all charges are properly processed
* Deal with guest enquiries and feedback in a professional and polite manner
* Liaise with other departments as required to provide excellent hospitality and guest service
Requirements
1. At least two years of previous relevant front office supervisory experience within the hotel sector
2. A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
3. A calm, efficient, professional, and organized approach to work
4. Excellent presentation, motivation, and interpersonal skills
5. The ability to work hands-on as part of a team or on your own initiative
6. Full computer literacy (MS Office)
7. Excellent written and spoken English for this key customer-facing role
