We are currently seeking a Business Support Administrator to join our client's Reception team on a part-time basis. Based in Dublin 16, this role will support the wider organisation through a mix of administration, reception, event coordination, and facilities support duties. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors while also providing high-quality administrative support across multiple departments. Role Details: Part-time: 20 hours per week Hours: MondayFriday, 1:00pm5:00pm Location: Dublin 16 (fully onsite) Contract: Permanent Salary: €18 per hour We are looking for someone highly organised, proactive, and professional, with strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail. Previous experience in administration, reception, front-of-house, or event coordination is desirable.
