Youwill act as the primarypointof contact for your accounts and continuously seek opportunities to add value for both the customer and Medguard. PrincipalDutiesandResponsibilities Account Management & Customer Relationships Build and maintain trust-based relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction. Acquireadeepunderstandingofkeycustomerneeds,requirements,andobjectives. Serveasthemaincommunicationlinkbetweenkeycustomersandinternalteams. Resolvecustomerissuesandcomplaintspromptlytomaintaintrustandsatisfaction. Identifyandproposesolutionsthatalignwithcustomer objectivesanddrivemutualvalue. Sales Operations & Business Development Play an integral role in generating new sales and expanding existing relationships. Conductoutboundcallstopotentialcustomers, establishneeds,andpresenttailoredsolutions. Makeaminimumof20telephonecallsdailyandengagewithatleast10newleads/prospects weekly. Followuponsalesenquiriesandleadswithin24hours,ensuringtimelyandaccurate information is provided. WorktowardmonthlysalesandrevenuetargetsassetbytheSalesDirector. Enterallrelevantsalesdatainto MedguardsCRM(NetSuite),ensuringrecordsareaccurate and up to date. Commercial Support & Collaboration Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support to key accounts. GatherandsharemarketandcustomerintelligencewiththeCommercialEnablementManager and purchasing team. RepresentMedguardattradeexhibitions,events,anddemonstrationsasrequired. Supportthepreparationofdetailedproposaldocuments,oftenaspartofformalbidding processes. Administration & Reporting Respond to incoming email, and phone enquiries within 24 hours. Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales in line with company standards. Maintain quality service by upholding organisational standards and confidentiality. Identify product improvements or new opportunities by staying current on industry trends and competitor activity. Review personal sales performance and strive to meet or exceed targets. Participate in annual stock takes and attend team meetings, sharing best practices with colleagues. Professional Development Maintainprofessionalandtechnicalknowledgebyattendingworkshops,reviewing publications, and building networks. Participateinlearninganddevelopmentopportunitiestoenhanceskillsandsupportcareer growth. RequiredExperienceandQualifications Minimum2+ yearsexperienceinkeyaccountmanagement,sales,orarelatedcommercial role. Proventrackrecordofbuildingandmaintainingstrongclientrelationships. ExperienceworkingwithCRMsystems(NetSuite)andproficiencyinMicrosoftOffice(Excel,Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strongorganisational,communication,andnegotiationskills.
