You'll take ownership of the testing lifecycle designing, automating, and executing validation strategies that ensure software excellence in a regulated healthcare environment.What You'll Do:Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to understand requirements, create test plans, and deliver robust testing coverage.Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Cucumber, or TestComplete.Conduct functional, system, and black-box testing to verify end-to-end user flows and ensure compliance with medical software standards.Perform API and database validation; author SQL scripts and automate regression test cases.Manage defects and requirements in TFS / Azure DevOps / HP ALM and track issues to closure.Lead or mentor junior testers and drive process improvement within Agile/Scrum teams.Contribute to verification and validation (V&V) activities for regulated software systems.What You Bring: Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 6+ years of experience in software testing, including 2+ years in automation. Strong experience with C#, test automation tools, and Agile methodologies. Experience testing web, API, or cloud-connected applications. Understanding of software quality standards and lifecycle management in regulated environments.
