Community Operations Analyst Job
We are looking for a detail-oriented Community Operations Analyst to assist our clients community and help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately, and on time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Support the client's community by helping to resolve inquiries promptly and effectively.
* Become knowledgeable about the client's products and community standards to provide informed support.
* Making well-balanced decisions and being an effective advocate for the community is crucial.
* Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and empathy are essential.
* A strong bias towards doing what's right is required.
* Investigate and resolve issues reported on the client's platform, such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content.
* Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy.
* Utilize market-specific knowledge, signals, and insights to identify scalable solutions to improve community support.
* Analyze relevant data to develop ways to enhance the overall user experience on the site.
* Enforce client Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse on the site and reviewing reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.
* Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.
* Recognize trends and patterns and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.

* Flexibility in working in a fast-paced environment with different projects to work on is essential.
* You should be able to learn new information quickly.
* You must be eligible to work in Ireland full-time (Stamp 4 or Irish citizenship or European).
