About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-performing team that forms part of the Group Finance function. The team are primarily responsible for reviewing major acquisition, divestment and capital expenditure proposals submitted for approval to senior management.
The role provides exposure to the transactional activity of the Group from both a commercial and reporting perspective. You will assist in the proposal review process, which includes reviewing and re-performing supporting models to establish confidence in the business case presented.
You will also work extensively with other teams on acquisition, divestment and capex investment decision related matters. This includes liaising with other Group Finance teams to ensure accounting treatment and presentation of acquisition and divestments is correct.

Requirements
* Qualified accountant with minimum 3 years PQE
* US GAAP experience is an advantage but not a requirement
* Knowledge of financial modelling and valuations is an advantage
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
