Procurement Manager Role
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to lead the development and implementation of procurement strategies that align with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement procurement strategies that drive cost savings, improve efficiency, and enhance supplier relationships.
* Manage and maintain relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and resolving disputes as needed.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
* Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to inform procurement decisions.
* Lead training and development programs for procurement staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Implement process improvements and technology solutions to streamline procurement operations and increase productivity.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in procurement leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry.
* Proven track record of delivering cost savings, improving efficiency, and enhancing supplier relationships.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Experience with procurement software and systems, such as Ariba or Coupa.
* Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
