What You'll Do:Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues, and all other problems on commercial equipmentReport all service activities accurately on the tablet after every callProvide an excellent customer experience in supporting customers and partnering with internal team membersAbility to work on-call schedule (Including overtime pay)Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment according to company guidelines
