As Director SAP Transformations, you’ll play a crucial and strategic role in overseeing SAP implementations and operations, driving transformation initiatives, and ensuring seamless integration of SAP solutions with supply chain processes for our clients across industries such as life sciences, consumer goods, and manufacturing.You will lead and manage end-to-end project activities related to SAP implementations, including project planning, resource allocation, task delegation, progress tracking, and timely delivery of milestones.You will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand existing processes, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. You will analyze and document business requirements to ensure alignment with SAP functionalities.You will work closely with business users, process owners, and SAP implementation partners to design and configure SAP modules to meet business needs, ensuring solutions align with industry best practices and strategic goals.You will lead and coach a team of consultants across the transformation program stages, overseeing collaboration with all key stakeholders to ensure effective delivery. Staying updated on SAP features and industry best practices, you will identify opportunities for system optimization, process improvements, and automation.You will foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, process owners, IT teams, and external consultants. You will communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies effectively, ensuring alignment between business needs and project objectives. Acting as the primary liaison between the client and our team, you will meet mutual expectations at all times.You will identify which stakeholders should be involved at different project stages and how to turn change into opportunity.You will assume a coaching role, guiding your team towards their goals, and take full responsibility for project deliverables, milestones, resources, and costs.You will help envision the bigger picture and identify future opportunities to serve the client better.#LI-JC1About youThe role requires a blend of technical expertise, operational insight, and commercial acumen, along with strong customer and third-party partnership skills.You hold a master’s degree in engineering, economics, supply chain management, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.You have deep knowledge of SAP fundamentals, including architecture, modules, and ecosystem, particularly S/4HANA. You have at least 10 years of experience leading large-scale SAP projects from design to deployment, with strong knowledge of SAP licensing, security, and data management best practices.You possess good knowledge of supply chain process integration and expertise in end-to-end supply chain processes such as procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution within SAP environments.You are capable of architecting and optimizing supply chain workflows in SAP to improve efficiency and agility, with experience in integrating SAP supply chain modules with other enterprise systems.You have demonstrated ability to lead complex SAP transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.You are skilled in change management, stakeholder engagement, and delivering business value during transformation initiatives.You have strong project and program management capabilities, focusing on continuous improvement.You can translate technical solutions into tangible business benefits, with proven experience in budgeting, cost management, and negotiation.You can identify new growth and efficiency opportunities within SAP-enabled processes.You are adept at building and maintaining stakeholder relationships and leading cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve objectives.You resonate with and embody our company values: dig deep, own it, come together, move fast, and be kind!You are willing to travel globally and work in a hybrid model.You will be part of a motivated team of supply chain professionals who value these principles daily.We offer a flexible, hybrid work environment, room for initiative and growth, and a competitive salary package with benefits including bonuses, allowances, a smartphone, and more.About usBluecrux transforms supply chains into smart, efficient value chains through expert consulting and technology.
