My client, located in the South Dublin area, is a forward-thinking organisation dedicated to delivering exceptional venue and event management services. They are seeking a qualified Venue and Events Managerto join their team immediately,focusing on maintaining high service standards and client satisfaction. Main responsibilities include: Manage hard and soft services on-site, ensuring adherence to KPIs, planners, and rosters. Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of facilities and personnel are maintained to high standards. Support venues during events by coordinating staff and setups as needed. Prepare and present monthly client reports on site activities and energy expenditures. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements and implement continuous service improvements. The ideal candidate will have the following: 3-5yrs experience in a similar venue and events management role. Public buildings knowledge/experience Hard Services Facilities Management experience Excellent customer service and communication skills. Proven experience in people management and a dynamic approach to continuous improvement. Proficiency in computer systems and reporting tools. Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities.
