Kilkenny Ormonde Hotel are recruiting a Front Office Supervisor- Full Time Positionto join our Front Office Team. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the successful candidate's responsibilities will include: Providing excellent service to guests at all times Adhering to company Brand Standards Ensuring smooth completion of Front Office operations Check-in and check-out of guests at Reception Dealing with guest queries Processing payment for guests bills on check-out Organising check-in for large tours and groups with room allocations Taking reservation calls when required Ideal Candidate An individual with a positive, professional and friendly manner who excels in customer care The ability to work in a fast paced environment whilst ensuring attention to detail Organisational and Administrative Skills Strong IT Skills Experience with Hotsoft would be desirable Flexible - the candidate must be available to work shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holiday periods Previous experience in a similar role is essential, preferably in a 4* Hotel Benefits of working with Kilkenny Ormonde Hotel Free Membership of Ormonde Leisure Club Meals on duty Progressive Training We are an equal opportunities employer.
