We are currently recruiting a full-time Site Manager to join our team in Dublin 11, supporting growth and expansion.
Working pattern: Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:00.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for Community Centres.
Report directly to the Board of Management/Representative on strategic planning, financial matters, pricing, and staff issues on a monthly basis.
Develop Business and Marketing Plans to build on existing income streams, promote community engagement, and increase awareness and footfall.
Develop close working relationships with all stakeholders.
Manage Evacuation & Emergency Procedures.
Respond to initial inquiries, show potential hirers around, answer calls and emails, and use online tools.
Prepare monthly reports, letters, and other documentation.
Ensure effective maintenance of the building.
Manage financial aspects, including invoicing clients promptly to ensure healthy cash flow.
Apply for relevant grants and funding to ensure financial sustainability and service expansion.
Handle staffing responsibilities such as recruitment, selection, and performance reviews.
Maintain confidentiality regarding Centre users and business matters.
Liaise with the CE and TUS Supervisors regarding participants.
Participate in Fingal County Council's Facilities Network and attend master classes.
Requirements:
Experience in Site Management.
Strong financial and budgetary experience.
Highly computer literate.
Project management experience.
Excellent people management, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Flexible approach with a 'can-do' attitude.
