Our goal is to deliver customer focussed solutions.The RoleWe are now looking for an experienced Administrator to join our teamThe main duties will involve:· Co -ordination of damage assessments for fleet clients· Provision of customer service in connection with the above· Follow up of instructions to ensure SLA's are met· Processing of queries from colleagues internally and externally· Updating our workflow system· Ensuring timely delivery of outputs· Reviewing reports received for accuracyThe CandidateThe successful candidate will need:· IT skills, including Microsoft Office: Word; Excel; Outlook· Previous experience in an Administration or Customer Service role· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal· Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills· Flexible approach with the ability to multi-task and problem solve· Fluent business English is essential· The ability to work independently and as part of a team· An interest in the motor industry is an advantage but not essentialApplications to: Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €28,000.00-€35,000.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany pensionWork Location: In person
