Our client, a leading investment management firm in Dublin, is seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join their supportive Administration Team.

Responsibilities
Greet visitors with professionalism and manage check-in processes efficiently
Schedule and prepare meeting rooms to ensure seamless experiences
Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take detailed messages
Track office supplies and place orders to maintain daily operations
Collaborate with facilities teams to address building issues promptly
Support company events by coordinating logistics and providing hands-on assistance
Qualifications
At least 2 years' experience in a corporate receptionist or office administrator role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Clear written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the business.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; travel booking experience is a plus.
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and meets deadlines reliably.
