We are seeking a highly organised and professional Office Support Coordinator to assist with daily operations and provide administrative assistance across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Interaction: Welcome and greet clients in a friendly manner, providing refreshments and ensuring their comfort during visits.
* General Office Management: Ensure the office is well-stocked with essentials, managing inventory and ordering of office supplies.
* Communication & Administration: Answer and redirect incoming calls appropriately, monitor and respond to emails in shared inboxes.
Experience & Qualifications
* A minimum 2–3 years' experience in a similar office management or client-facing role.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
